Client: A chemical manufacturing giant

 

The challenge:
The chemical manufacturing giant felt that the organisation was not aligned to the core group competencies, and values. Employees were not clear about the steps required to increase their proficiency in the role. These impacted decisions taken and approved daily, thus, wasting time and resources decreased employee engagement and performance, employee demotivation, confusion and conflict among employees. 

 

The solution: 
Professa supported the management through discussions on building values and competencies and associated desirable behaviors in their respective roles. This OD intervention was further supported by vision & mission workshops across the senior management. 

 

Impact: 
The impact was evident. Leaders understood the importance of knowing more about competencies and behaviour that helped mapping performance quarterly.

It led to a 1 to 5% performance jump as noted by the post intervention survey. A big win for everyone!
